Contact My Pet's Vets

You can contact us by phone, by email, or by using the contact form below. If it is an emergency, or even if you aren’t sure its an emergency, then you should contact us via phone immediately. If it is out of hours you will hear an answering machine message letting you know a contact number for our on-call veterinary surgeon. They are available 24 hours a day, and can advise you what to do. If necessary, our support team will come in and meet you at our practice.

If your pet shows symptoms of a serious problem, or you are unsure if it is considered an emergency then get in touch right away. Do not wait!

Find Us

Please park in our practice car park, located at the rear of our building, access is via the black gates. The car park is clearly signposted but if you are unsure where to park please ask any member of the team who will be happy to help. Entrance to the practice is via the front of the building.

Monday: 8.30am - 7.00pm
Tuesday: 8.30am - 7.00pm
Wednesday: 8.30am - 7.00pm
Thursday: 8.30am - 9.00pm
Friday: 8.30am - 7.00pm
Saturday: 9am - 4.00pm
Sunday: 10am - 4.00pm
Bank Holidays: Emergencies Only

We will be providing our usual 24hr on site emergency care to all our patients and clients in addition to these extra consulting slots. Just call us on 01942 677979 and listen to the message should you need a vet when the surgery is closed.
